PoliTec is FoamTec’s range of physically cross-linked polyethylene foams, engineered to provide lightweight performance, dimensional stability, and versatility across a wide range of industrial applications. Its closed-cell structure makes it suitable for protection, insulation, technical packaging, mounting, and finishing solutions.
Available in a variety of densities, thicknesses, colors, and formats, PoliTec can be supplied as sheets, rolls, or custom-converted parts, with or without a self-adhesive backing, depending on the specific requirements of each project. Its excellent convertibility allows for easy integration into industrial processes requiring precision, durability, and a custom-engineered technical solution.
PoliTec TA
Physically cross-linked, closed-cell polyethylene foam with a fine surface finish, available in anthracite gray and white. Offered in a wide range of thicknesses, widths, and formats, with or without a self-adhesive backing.
PoliTec TAB
Physically cross-linked, closed-cell polyethylene foam in black. Density: 28 kg/m³. Suitable for protective packaging inserts. Available in a wide range of thicknesses and formats, with or without a self-adhesive backing.
PoliTec TA 100.08
Physically cross-linked polyethylene foam with a density of 100 kg/m³. Available in a wide range of widths, with a thickness of 0.8 mm. Black. Specifically designed for double-sided mounting applications. Available with or without adhesive.
PoliTec polyethylene foam sealing strips
Self-adhesive sealing strips made from closed-cell polyethylene foam provide an efficient, cost-effective solution for securing a wide range of components in industrial applications. Thanks to their technical properties, they can also be used as sealing gaskets and for thermal insulation.
Polyethylene foam tapes are ideal for application to uneven or irregular surfaces. The different polyethylene materials in the range are available in a variety of thicknesses, widths, and densities.
